Requirements
- Master of Divinity or equivalent theological degree
- Ordination or endorsement from a recognized religious body
- Previous experience in hospice, hospital, or pastoral care settings (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
