Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health

Mission Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing home health team in Salem, OR. This position plays a key role in helping patients regain and improve communication and swallowing functions in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Oregon state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• At least one year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology (home health experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification – hands-on required.
