Job Description
The Mission Neighborhood Health Center (MNHC) seeks a Bilingual Behavioral Health Manager to provide clinical care and leadership for behavioral health services. This role involves direct patient treatment, crisis intervention, and oversight of behavioral health staff and programs. MNHC is a non-profit community health organization dedicated to health equity and innovative, high-quality services.
Requirements
- Masters in Social Work, Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy, or Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license in California
- ASW or AMFT may be considered
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Five years post-licensure clinical experience
- Minimum of three supervisory experience
