Job Description
The Mission Neighborhood Health Center (MNHC) is seeking a Bilingual Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive healthcare services in the Mission and Excelsior Districts of San Francisco. The role involves direct patient care, referral to community resources, and maintaining continuity of care. MNHC is a non-profit community health organization focused on health equity.
Requirements
- Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Passion for community health
- Immunization standards requirements (Varicella, TDAP, COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, TB result within 2 years)
