Assistant Property Manager

As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, solving residential operational needs and fostering great relationships. You'll bring a touch of magic to every corner of the property by providing exceptional customer service while assisting residents with their rental transactions.

Requirements

• Ability and desire to work within and lead a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Enthusiasm to empathize, collaborate, and engage with others
• 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience
• Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
• Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Suite
• Property Management skills/experience
