Job Description
As the Service Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping everything in tip-top shape for our residents. You'll work in a fast-paced team environment and be willing to learn quickly.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm to collaborate and engage with others
- Desire to improve the lives of those around you
- Maintenance skills/experience in multi-family
- CPO Certification desired and/or required
- Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
