Job Description
As the Service Technician, you'll be our go-to superhero for keeping everything in tip-top shape! You'll complete work orders or perform routine check-ups to provide a well-maintained living space for our residents.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Maintenance skills/experience in multi-family
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
