AI Deployment Strategist, Public Sector - Paris

Mistral AI is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive the adoption and deployment of its AI solutions in the public sector. The role will involve working closely with customers to design AI roadmaps, deliver solutions in production, and ensure seamless transitions from presales to postsales. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and experience in client-facing strategic roles within the public sector or for public sector clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a client-facing strategic role within the public sector or for public sector clients
• Hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Public Policy, or equivalent)
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science
• Hands-on experience prototyping proofs-of-concept (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and value-based selling in the public sector is a plus
