Job Description
Mistral AI is seeking a German speaker Legal Counsel to join their Legal team specializing in Contracts & Commercial matters within the DACH region. The role involves drafting contracts, negotiating deals, ensuring compliance, and providing legal training to the business. This position is based in Paris and reports to the senior commercial counsel.
Requirements
- Master degree in law
- Bar admission (a plus)
- Experience in a fast-growing environment, preferably in AI or contract negotiation
- Fluency in German and English
- Fluency in French (a plus)
- Understanding of artificial intelligence technologies
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
