Job Description
Mistral AI is seeking a talented and experienced software engineer to join their Knowledge and Search engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling search capabilities to support users and internal systems. The role involves building, maintaining, and enhancing indexing and searching capabilities, optimizing search pipelines, and ensuring high performance and reliability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional work experience
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Experience building and scaling distributed search engine systems
- Excellent proficiency in backend software development (Python, Go, C++, Rust...)
- Solid proficiency in infrastructure management (Docker, K8s, Terraform...)
- Good knowledge of cloud-native ecosystems
- Autonomous and self-starter
- Ability to communicate with influence
