Contracts Specialist

Join Mitel as a Contracts Specialist to support global contracting activities with a focus on legal review, drafting, risk identification, and mitigation. As a detail-oriented individual with experience in commercial contracting and risk mitigation, you will draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and risk analysis within a commercial environment
• Proven ability to draft precise and effective legal language tailored to various contract types
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving legal risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal teams and external parties
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
• Ability to perform role in German, supporting the DACH region is considered a strong asset
