Mitel is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will provide Level 3 technical support for Open Scape platforms, diagnose and resolve complex network issues, and work with SIP trunks, SBCs, and PBX systems. They will also provide mentorship and advanced technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers.
