Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience
• Strong technical fluency
• Excellent communication and alignment skills
• A bias for structure and clarity
• Coding skills (optional)
• Familiarity with MongoDB and modern data pipelines (optional)
• Exposure to role-based access control, audit logging, or reporting frameworks (optional)
