Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Deep expertise in modern backend or full-stack technologies (Python, Go, Java, Node.js or React)
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, GPT APIs)
- Extensive experience with AI tools and LLMs, including frameworks like LangChain or direct OpenAI API usage
- Strong commitment to code quality, security, and performance
- Proven technical leadership abilities, mentoring junior developers and leading complex projects
