Job Description
Mitratech is a technology partner for corporate legal and compliance teams seeking Tier 2 Technical Support Engineers. This role involves providing support to customers, partners, and consultants, resolving software issues, and collaborating with a global team of skilled engineers. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise software applications
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Experience with Java/J2EE applications
- Experience working with Application Servers like Tomcat, Weblogic, or WebSphere preferred
- Experience with performance tuning of applications or databases preferred
- Experience with relational databases including Oracle or SQL Server preferred
- Experience with Windows and/or Unix operating systems
- Excellent communication skills
