The position focuses on providing excellent guest service, maintaining the reception area, and handling communication related to guest rooms. Requirements
- Manages check-in and checkouts of guests
- Serves guests and handles any problems or requests
- Manages the telephone center
- Manages electronic correspondence
- Updates through the District Manager and Building Manager regarding issues with guest rooms
- Knowledge of Protel Hotel program
- Knowledge of the computer (Word, Excel)
- Excellent English and a second language (e.g., Greek or Italian)
