Lead Engineer - QA

Mitsogo is a global organization that highly values the contributions of each employee. We're seeking a Lead QA Engineer to spearhead our quality assurance efforts, driving the QA lifecycle, developing test strategies, and leading a team towards delivering high-quality software releases.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of quality testing experience
• Test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Defect tracking tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries
• Understanding of web and mobile application testing
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects, and to meet deadlines
• Experience in team handling and mentoring
