Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management, remote monitoring, and patching
- Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as AirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune
- Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM
- Hands-on experience in presales activities, including customer engagements, presentations, and demos
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage customer expectations, solve problems quickly, and work under pressure
- Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure
