Operational Risk & Improvement Program Manager at Mitsubishi Power. Lead governance and implementation for Power Generation Services wide learning initiatives, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain a PGS-wide Learning Ecosystem framework, establish a standardized methodology for capturing and categorizing lessons, and align program objectives with organizational goals, risk management, and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Knowledge Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, or organizational learning
• PMP Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
• Proven success designing and managing lessons learned or continuous improvement programs
• Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities
• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
