Job Description
MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to deliver insightful metrics, reports, and dashboards to support our business. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented collaborator with strong communication and SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake, Postgres, Tableau, Python, and Excel.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insightful metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Respond to support tickets, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Consult and collaborate with colleagues to investigate and resolve tickets.
- Document technical work and processes.
- Assist the Data Product Management team with defining requirements and scoping ticket requests.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
