Job Description
MJHS Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Director of Quality Management to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management programs for Hospice and Palliative Care. The role involves overseeing key quality indicators, collaborating with leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements
- Registered Professional Nurse licensed in New York State
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Master of Science in Nursing or related field
- 5 years’ experience in Quality Management/Performance Improvement
- Prior experience in hospice
- Statistical process control tools knowledge
- Knowledge of Federal and NYS DOH Regulations
