Requirements

• Responsible for delivering nursing care to resident/patients in a long-term care facility.
• Recognizing changes in resident/patient's condition and responding appropriately.
• Communicating effectively with the nurse manager and other healthcare team members.
• Properly assigning duties to Certified Nurse Assistants.
• Good clinical patient care skills and communication skills.
• Valid BCLS certification.
