Business Line Management Instrumentation Engineer (Dynatrace)

MKS2 Technologies is seeking a Business Line Management Instrumentation Engineer to work on their Enterprise Command Center team. The ideal candidate will have experience in system architecture, system design, system integration, and technical management, as well as knowledge of Dynatrace and other monitoring tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in providing technical support in system architecture, system design, system integration, and technical management
• 1+ years of experience in Dynatrace with installing OneAgent, Dynatrace APIs, dashboards, and data trend analysis in a monitoring tool, integrating with cloud performance monitoring tool alerts (AWS/Azure)
• Ability to assist in providing technical input to the application performance monitoring solution development
• Experience with providing requirements analysis, to include identifying requirements and deficiencies in hardware and software products
• Knowledge of reviewing and identifying gaps in application performance monitoring capabilities
• Ability to advise customer in monitoring solution and knowledge transfer on using monitoring tools
• HS diploma or GED and 13+ years of relevant professional experience or BA or BS degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant professional experience
