Principal Engineer

As a Principal Engineer, you will lead the strategy of our GenAI domain, drive complex projects from sales to delivery, and collaborate closely with the Domain Owner.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in tech or consultancy with a proven track record of delivering large and complex software/data projects
• A deep passion for and knowledge of the GenAI domain and its offerings
• A strategic mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business value
• Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to ensure resolution in critical situations
• A proactive and self-starting leader who thrives on taking full ownership of projects, teams, and domains
• Strong communication skills in English and one local language (e.g., Dutch or German)
