Job Description
MLabs is a rapidly growing, Series A-backed AI platform automating communication across phone calls, emails, and messages for logistics companies. They are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy AI solutions, working closely with customers and leveraging skills in Python, React, TypeScript, and Node.js. The role focuses on customer partnership, feature development, and AI application within the full software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) with strong customer-facing skills.
- Comfortable operating as a full-stack engineer, with production experience in Python.
- Prior experience building AI/ML applications.
- Experience with LLM prompting and tuning for voice and transcription.
- Exceptional communication skills.
