Head of Community to drive global strategy for a secure computation network. Develop and execute creative strategies to drive community growth and engagement. Collaborate with senior teams to align community initiatives with project development and vision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a community leader in crypto/Web3
• Deeply embedded in crypto culture, fluent in its narratives and evolving ecosystem
• Proven ability to build and scale communities, ambassador programs, and engagement campaigns
• Strong grasp of blockchain technology and decentralized systems
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
• Strategic thinker and planner, skilled in data-driven engagement strategies
• Empathetic and curious leader who motivates teams and builds resilient, growth-driven cultures
