Paralegal

Paralegal position at a development firm responsible for building and operating technology stack for a high-volume memecoin launchpad. Reports directly to the General Counsel and supports corporate and intellectual property legal functions. Key responsibilities include managing corporate documentation, contracts, litigation, and financial oversight.

Requirements

• A four-year degree and completion of a paralegal program, or demonstration of equivalent specialized knowledge and skill.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal or in an equivalent legal support position.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Notion, and Slack.
