Job Description
MLabs is building an AI-powered recruiter to conduct real-time job interviews. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build a platform with consumer and enterprise features, focusing on solving technical challenges and maximizing growth opportunities. The role involves developing features for the platform, as well as the infrastructure supporting video calling and data analytics.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of full stack engineering experience (senior+ level).
- Proficiency with React (TypeScript).
- Strong knowledge of Python and experience with modern backend technologies, including asynchronous programming (asyncio) and SQL (Postgres).
- Experience with cloud services and DevOps tooling (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a hungry, builder mentality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
