MLabs is seeking an autonomous Staff Backend Engineer to join their crypto trading platform. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable microservices-based backends for core trading functionality and analytics. Collaboration with co-founders and a focus on innovation in crypto trading are key. The platform is currently the largest Telegram trading bot, facilitating over 22 billion in daily trading volume.
Requirements
- Experience with Node.js/Bun.js and TypeScript
- Proven experience serving a high volume of concurrent users with large data streaming requirements
- Strong proficiency with Postgres
- Autonomy and ability to work independently
- Experience leading a mid-sized engineering team
