Technical Lead

Tech Lead (Solvers) at MLabs is seeking a highly skilled individual to architect and lead the development of their core infrastructure for cross-chain execution intents. Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a tech or engineering leadership role.
• Systems Expertise: Deep expertise in distributed systems, high-performance networking, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Blockchain Foundation: Strong familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain execution frameworks, or cryptoeconomics.
• Core Languages: Fluency in Typescript and Go is a must.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams.
• Abstracting Complexity: Strong ability to break down complex challenges.
• Mindset: Comfort in ambiguity
