Job Description
Exciting Opportunity: Senior Project Manager (Client Facing) for an established project management team to manage high-profile projects across various sectors, delivering new build and refurbishment capital projects ranging from £500k to £150 million.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, managing the delivery of complex construction projects
- Experience in sectors such as Education, Health, MOD, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Industrial, or Scientific
- A successful track record of client project delivery, including project leadership and client management
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating project teams
- Demonstrable experience in Contract Administration and the Employers Agent role
- A good working knowledge of key JCT contracts, with experience managing contractual issues such as extensions of time, loss, and expense claims
