MNTN is looking for a Platform Experience Manager to join their Customer Experience team. The role involves guiding customers through best practices, enabling internal teams, and influencing the product feedback cycle. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing solutions, product, or technical role, with prior experience in AdTech, MarTech, or performance marketing.
Requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on MNTN's platform and industry best practices
- Partner with Customer Success to guide customers through validating campaign performance
- Deliver enablement sessions and training—both internally and externally—focused on solutioning, performance measurement, and best practices for post-launch success
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback on measurement solutions and platform functionality
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on the evolving AdTech and CTV measurement landscape
