Temp to Hire (Production Team Member)

The Production Team Member is responsible for working on a production floor assembling parts by hand, using tools or machines. The position requires maintaining a high level of quality for products produced, loading and unloading items, and effectively using hand tools and/or air tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading and computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to detect quality defects
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and follow detailed work instructions
• Ability to be a team player in a team working environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed on short notice
