Exercise Physiologist (Per-Diem)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) to join our team in an outpatient clinic setting. The role involves conducting treadmill stress EKG tests to evaluate cardiovascular health and fitness of low-risk industrial workers. The ideal candidate will have experience in treadmill EKG testing, a strong understanding of cardiovascular assessment, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) or an equivalent certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience conducting treadmill stress EKG tests in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred).
• Experience in cardiovascular disease, exercise testing, and patient assessment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular physiology and exercise testing protocols.
• Proficient in EKG interpretation and familiarity with clinical monitoring equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
