Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine degree
- Valid NPI
- State of practice MD license
- Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required)
- Current DEA license (if applicable)
- Board Certified in relevant field (Occupational or Emergency medicine preferred)
- DOT medical examiner certification (if applicable)
- Current DOT medical examiner certification (if applicable)
- Strong computer skills with Internet software and Microsoft Office Suite
