Job Description
The QA Automation Engineering Manager will oversee Manual QA Engineers, Automation Engineers, and Mobile Ad SDK Testing Specialists, driving cohesive quality practices across all teams.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of QA experience, with at least 2–3 years managing offshore or remote teams
- 3-4+ years of hands-on QA automation experience
- Ability to write and review test automation code (Python, JavaScript, and/or Java.)
- Experience overseeing both manual and automation QA functions
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Postman/Newman, RestAssured, and/or similar)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and web portals
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.)
