Join MobilizeGreen as a Youth Conservation Program Crew Leader and co-lead a team of high-school youth on conservation-related projects, environmental education, and leadership development activities in Southern California. The program aims to create environmental stewards and future leaders through community engagement, hands-on teamwork, and professional development.

Requirements

• Current First Aid/CPR Certification
• Experience working with youth or young adults
• Experience in outdoor skills, including hiking and camping
• Experience in service project management and conservation or trail projects
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening

Benefits
