2026 MobilizeGreen Youth Conservation Program Crew Leader

Join MobilizeGreen as a Youth Conservation Program Crew Leader for the 2026 summer program. Co-lead a team of high-school youth on conservation projects, environmental education, and leadership development activities in Northern Minnesota. Includes $800/week living stipend, travel, housing, and meals.

Requirements

• Current First Aid/CPR Certification or willingness to get this before the start of the program
• Youth/Young Adult Programming experience
• Teaching/Leadership experience
• Outdoor Education/Skills experience
• Conservation Project Skills experience
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the past 3 years
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Be 21 or older
• Be a U.S. Citizen or legally able to work in the U.S.
