Overnight Youth Conservation Crew Member

Join us as an Overnight Youth Conservation Crew Member in our residential Youth Conservation Program. Work on conservation-related projects, develop leadership skills, and explore outdoor activities. Weekly stipend $375. Travel, housing, and meals covered.

Requirements

• Must be at least 15 by June 1, 2026 and may not be older than 18 years old before August 31, 2026
• Must be enrolled in school or a 2026 graduate
• Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the assigned work with or without reasonable accommodations
• Have a valid U.S. Social Security number or have applied for a valid Social Security number by start of program
• Selected candidates who are 18 must pass a background check to participate
• Must be able to obtain a work permit as required under applicant’s home state laws
• Must be a citizen of the United States or permanent resident
