Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or something similar
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a related role
- An analytical mind and a drive to deliver results
- Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads is a strong plus
- Curiosity about Marketing and Digital Advertising
- Fluent English (extra languages? Even better!)
- Someone who's ambitious, energetic, and comfortable with AI tools
- Great communication skills and a 'let's make it happen' attitude
