We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT System Assistant Manager to join Hyundai MOBIS IT team. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) within our manufacturing facilities.
Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design MES solutions that align with manufacturing process needs and business objectives.
- Configure and customize MES software to meet specific manufacturing requirements, including process workflows, data collection, and reporting functionalities.
- Conduct testing and validation of MES systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of MES systems in manufacturing facilities, working closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Monitor the performance and availability of MES systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and disruptions to production operations.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting system errors, and guiding them in utilizing MES functionalities effectively.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Security teams to manage system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.
- Analyze manufacturing processes, data, and workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement using the MES system.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system configuration, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on utilizing MES functionalities, ensuring proper system usage and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Manage a team of MES OP while providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful implementation and operation of MES technology.
