Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager professional who is bilingual in Korean and English to join our accounting & finance team. The FP&A manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and providing actionable insights to drive business decision.

Requirements

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models and tools to analyze business performance and scenario planning.
• Present financial insights to senior leadership and collaborate across departments and HQ.
