Job Description
Mochi Health is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to build the next generation of their pharmacy software platform. This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable frontend systems that improve operational efficiency and reliability for pharmacies, leveraging AI and robust engineering practices. The ideal candidate will own key architectural decisions and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Lead the development, optimization, and expansion of our web and/or mobile applications.
- Drive best practices in performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design and Backend teams.
- Own key architectural decisions.
- Work hands-on with modern front-end tooling.
- Optimize real-time interactions between patients, providers, and pharmacies.
- Influence engineering culture.
- 7+ years of front-end development experience, with deep expertise in React and React Native, as well as some exposure to Kotlin/Swift.
- Strong knowledge of modern front-end tooling.
- Expertise in state management strategies and optimizing complex UX interactions.
