We are looking for a UA Creative to join Mode Mobile's Growth team, focused on driving growth for one of Mode's newest business units. The role involves creating, iterating, and optimizing ad creatives that fuel user growth across social, video, and influencer-driven channels.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience creating UA or performance creatives for mobile apps, social products, gaming, or consumer tech
- Strong understanding of IG Reels-first creative best practices, including pacing, text overlays, meme formats, and hook psychology
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of short-form editing, performance ads, and trend-responsive creative
- Skilled in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
- Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate insights into creative direction
- Comfort with high-speed experimentation and iterative creative cycles
- Deep familiarity with Gen Z aesthetics, humor, authenticity-driven content, and viral mechanics
- Strong copywriting instincts for short-form scripts, hooks, captions, and in-video text
