FP&A Manager

Modern Animal is looking for a FP&A Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to drive business success through budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Expertise with SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and analysis
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing, team-oriented environment
