We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive national growth across our commercial construction services. You will lead the full sales cycle, build multi-site client relationships, and collaborate with estimating, operations, and account management to deliver tailored, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience in construction
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and meet revenue targets
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
