Requirements
- Draft, negotiate and manage agreements for various deals, including client, vendor, and partnership transactions and renewals
- Provide contract administration support to the Legal, Sales, Client Success, Vendor and other teams
- Review customer and vendor requests for contract amendments and work with internal business partners to respond to such requests in accordance with company processes and policies
- Contribute to a variety of agreements and legal documents, including user terms, sales and vendor agreements, and data processing agreements
- Provide guidance to various stakeholders on commercial and administrative matters in a fast-paced environment
- Triage commercial legal requests and serve as the primary point of contact to answer routine questions regarding our standard agreements and policies
- Drive internal process improvements and standard practices, including creating internal legal resources, fine-tuning our contract lifecycle management system, and improving contracting processes and policies
- Design and conduct internal training regarding contracting and administrative matters
