Requirements
- 7+ years' progressive experience in learning & development or related fields within a global organization
- Mastery of instructional design (ADDIE, adult-learning principles) and proficiency with rapid-authoring and multimedia tools
- Hands-on expertise with learning technologies (LMS, MS Teams, virtual-classroom platforms, generative-AI content engines)
- Facilitation, presentation, and teaching skills
- Proven program-management skills—able to juggle multiple launches, meet tight timelines, and manage budgets
- Stakeholder-management strength in a matrix environment; influential individual contributor
- Fluency in English and Polish; adept at localizing global content for regional audiences
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
