Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant Provider RCM experience
• 5+ years at the manager level leading a large RCM delivery team (50-75 FTEs)
• Prior experience working with multiple teams across geographies in a professional setting
• Proven experience and commitment to actively promoting a positive work environment and developing an employee-focused, supportive workplace aligning to ModMed’s culture
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of all the workflows and best practices across functions within Physician RCM
• Strong communication and presentation skills
