Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, with experience covering the full sales cycle.
- Strong functional knowledge of the entire B2B Sales process.
- Advanced experience in reporting and modeling sales data within Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
- Strong proficiency with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Looker).
- Prior experience building predictive models for churn risk or upsell propensity is highly preferred.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data modeling is highly preferred.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable with an ability to receive and learn from feedback.
- Collaborative and team-oriented.
